Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled less than 45 days before the start of the holiday, 50% will be retained
• If cancelled less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, 75% will be retained
• If cancelled less than 14 days before the start of the holiday, 100% will be retained
• If the rental is cancelled, the deposit of 2500 DKK will be retained

Security Deposit

The deposit is DKK 2500 which is refunded no later than one week after departure if everything is in order, otherwise a corresponding amount will be deducted in the event of damage or defects in the accommodation.

Children's Equipment Prices

House Rules

• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is not allowed indoors
• Smoking is allowed outdoors on the terraces
• Apartment is not rented to guests under 23 years old.

Payment Terms

• Payment can be sent via bank transfer, MobilePay (Danish, Swedish & Norwegian guests) or PayPal
• When reserving the accommodation, 30% of the full amount is paid
• The remaining amount is paid 8 weeks before the departure date
• After full payment, the address and all practical information will be sent
• Electricity consumption in excess of 70 KWh. Per week is charged at 3,5 DKK per KWh., which will be deducted from the deposit.
